Today's interview styles vary immensely, however from the candidate perspective, the basic principals remain the same. The interviewer may be assessing you on a number of different levels; from your ability to handle the role to your motivations for joining them: your overall professionalism and the cultural fit.

- Research the interview format
- Make a good impression i.e. conservative dress, arrive early
- Be personable as well as professional
